There were also many local businesses and individuals who contributed: Platinum - Allen Crandall; Gold - United Community Bank, WNGM Radio and WYHG Radio; Silver - Affordable Pet Care, Bank of Hiawassee, Boundary Waters Resort and Marina, Pfizer Animal Health, and John Todd, Sr.; and Other - Always Christmas, Asiano's Restaurant, Brasstown Valley Resort, Chatuge Shores Goft Course, Cherokee Scout, Clay Co. Progress, Hayesville Land Company, HB Finishing Crew, Humane Society mountain Shelter, Indoff Business Products, J&M's Teachers Corner, Joan of Art, Kenneco Computers, Mary's Southern Grill, Mountain Valley Feed Store, North Georgia News, Royal Canin Veterinary Diets, Smoky Mountain Sentinel, Stephens Federal Bank, Superior Paints of Hiawassee, The Tess Co., Towns Co. It was truly a community effort and we would like to thank them all. This event could not have been successful without their contribution. We would also like to thank the staff at LCAH, especially Becky Harwood, and Tracy Parker for all of their hard work preparing for the event. If anyone else in the community would be interested in making a donation to the fund, you can contact Lisa Perry, Office Manager at LCAH, by calling 706 896 1244 or by email by going to www.lakechatugeanimalhospital. com. The Halloween pet costume contest served as the official kickoff event for the Good Samaritan Fund.
