Giving the gift of education
The Tri-County Community College Foundation is proud to announce the establishment of the Dallas F. McMillan Endowed Scholarship. The endowment was created by the McMillan family to honor Dallas McMillan, the late husband of College Trustee and Foundation Board Member Frankie McMillan. Requirements for recipients of the McMillan Scholarship are that they must have a 3.0 GPA and two letters of recommendation and go through the College's scholarship application process. Family and friends gathered on November 21 to honor the McMillan family at a luncheon hosted by the Tri-County Community College Foundation. At right, Dr. Kelly displays the plaque that will carry the names of scholarship recipients.
