Licklog Players busy in rehearsals for A Christmas Carol

Auditions are over. Parts have been cast. Licklog Players is currently rehearsing for the Charles Dickens' classic, A Christmas Carol.

David Layfield is directing the play. Layfield, who has just finished directing the hysterically funny, Run For Your Wife, returns for his third run at directing this year. The traditional Charles Dickens' classic is something Layfield really looks forward to directing.

You will not want to miss this time honored tale of Ebenezer Scrooge, the crusty, cranky miser who finds out the true meaning of Christmas.

A Christmas Carol runs December 14 - 17 at the Peacock Playhouse in Hayesville. Ticket prices are $13 for adults and $8 for students. The box office will open Monday, December 4. Office hours are 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Come by or call 828-389-8632 or toll-free 1-877-691-9906.
