• John Thomas Moss 31, of Hayesville, was charged with Felony Maintaining a Vehicle or Dwelling Place for Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphenalia and Simple Possession SCH ll(M) on December 28, 2006 and was released on bond.

• Sequoyah The Aquarian, 24, of Hayesville, was charged with Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Drug Paraphenalia on December 30, 2006 and was released on bond.

• Francis Joseph Gillespie, 53 , of Hayesville, was charged with Felony Possession of Marijuana on December 30, 2006.

• Nathan Christopher Rose, 31, of Warne, was charged with Driving while License Revoked; Hit/Run from a Scene With Property Damage; Assault on a Female; Injury to Personal Property; and Speeding on December 31, 2006.

• Jerry Lawrence Anderson, of Blairsville, Ga., was charged with Driving While Impaired and Open Container on January 1, 2007 and was released on bond.

• Harry Lewis Kendall, 52, of Hayesville, was charged with Probation Violation on January 1, 2007.
