+ David W. Nations, 57, Clarkesville, Ga., charged with Driving While Impaired and Failure to Wear Seat Belt on Jan. 3 and was released on bond.

+ Robert Eugene Bamhill, 32, Hiawassee, Ga., was charged with Larceny on Jan. 4 and was released on bond.

+ Jennifer Lynn Smull, 37, of Hiawassee, Ga., was charged with Breaking and Entering Buildings Generally; Harassing Phone Calls; and Larceny of Property; Receiving Stolen Goods or Possessing Stolen Goods on Jan. 4, and was released on bond.

+ Mark W. Stroud, 37, Hayesville, was charged with Failure to Pay Child Support on Jan. 4 and was released on bond.

+ Andrew Levi Long, 19, Hayesville, was charged with Willful and Wanton Injury to Real Property on Jan. 5 and was released on bond.

+ Dennis James Lavender, 33, Hayesville, was charged with Probation Violation on January 6.

+ Michael Bradley Anderson, 28, Brasstown, was charged with Assault on a Female and Communicating Threats on Jan. 7 and was released on bond.

+ Scott Norton, 44, Hayesville, was charged with Communicating Threats, Assaulting by Pointing a Gun and Second Degree Trespass on Jan. 7 and was released on bond.

+ Jason Scott Bradley, 27, Hayesville, was charged with Failure to Pay Child Support on Jan. 8 and was released on bond.

+ Swangela Eugina Lowery, 27, of Sautee, Ga., was charged with Maintain Vehicle.Dwell/Place, No North Carolina Operators License, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession Schedule VI Controlled Substance, Resisting Officers, Trafficking in Opium/Heroin and Probation Violation on Jan. 8.
