+ Mark William Stroud, 37, Hayesville, was charged with Extradition/Fugitive from Other State on Jan. 22.

+ Winford Nolan Parker, 38, Hiawassee, Ga., was charged with Alteration, Destruction or Removal of Permanent Identification Marks, Driving While License Revoked, Expired Registration Plate, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Firearms by Felon Prohibited on Jan. 23 and released on bond.

+ Nicholas John Shorette, 20, Hayesville, was charged with Failure to Pay Child Support on Jan. 23 and transferred to another facility.

+ Andrew Cloe Smith, 36, Hayesville, was charged with Maintaining Vehicle or Dwelling place CS (F) , Felony Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia on Jan. 24, and released on bond.

+ Ricky Terrance Stroud, 36, Hayesville, was charged with Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia on Jan. 24, and was released on bond.

+ Alicia Nicole Adamson, 18, of Hiawassee Ga., was charged with Assault, Simple Misdemeanor; and Communicating Threats on Jan. 26 and released on bond.

+ Lisa Rena Bryan, 41, Hayesville, was charged with Felony Possession of Marijuana, Maintaining Vehicle or Dwelling place CS (F), Manufacture Sell, Deliver, Possession with Intent to manufacture, sell or deliver; Possession of a Scheduled Controlled Substance; and Possession With Intent to Man ufacture, Sell or Deliver Marijuana on Jan. 26, and released on bond.

+ Joshua Garald Burrell, 21, Hayesville, was charged with Maintaining a Vehicle or Dwelling Place CS (F); and Possession of Marijuana- 1/2 to 1-1/2 oz on Jan. 26, and released on bond.

+ Peter Paul Hohmann, 18, of Hayesville, was charged with Driving by Persons Less Than 21 Years Old After Consuming Alcohol or Drugs on Jan. 26 and released on bond.

+ John Patrick Stair 38, of Hayesville, was charged with felony Posession With Intent to Manufacture, Sell or Deliver a Schedule IV Controlled Substance; Maintaining a Vehicle or Dwelling Place CS (F), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Possession of a Schedule V Controlled Substance on Jan. 26, and released on bond
