Bernard F. LaBelle
Long Island native, Clarksville, Tenn. resident

Mr. Bernard F. LaBelle, age 58, of Clarksville, Tenn. passed away Saturday, February ?4, 2007 at the Virginia Tennessee Valley Healthcare System in Nashville, Tenn. of natural causes.

A memorial service was held on Friday, March 2 at eleven o'clock at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Clarksville. Tenn. with Deacon Dominic officiating. The remains are to be cremated. Todd County Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Mr. LaBelle was born October 19,1948 in Long Island, N.Y., son to the late Louis Charles LaBelle and LaRilla "Billie" LaBelle. He was a mechanic and served in the United States Army during Vietnam. He was also a member of the V.F.W., D.A.V., American Legion and practiced the Catholic faith.

Mr. LaBelle is preceded in death by his father, Louis Charles LaBelle. Survivors include his wife, Pat LaBelle of Clarksville, Tenn., his mother LaRilla "Billie" LaBelle of Haypsville, N.C., two daughters; Carrie Benoit and Amy Schmidtke both of Minnesota, two brothers; David LaBelle of Alabama and Thomas Kitchel of Marble, N.C., three sisters; Bonme Stokley of Mississippi, Diane Ugdur of California, and Karen Cocker of Hayesville, N.C., and one granddaughter, Monique Schmidtke of Minnesota.
