Stecoah Valley Food Ventures offers culinary retreat

Stecoah Valley Food Ventures will be offering another Culinary Retreat Cooking Class on Saturday, April 14 at 10:00 until 2:00.

The name of the class is: Great Beginnings and Sweet Endings

The focus of this class will be on appetizers, garnishes & petit sweets

Class fee of $55.00 includes everything for the class. Students will eat and take home food made in the class.

Learn to prepare a variety of appetizers using filo dough, puff pastry and other creative appetizer foundations. Students will learn variety of ways to use a pastry bag from piping cream puff swans to creating miniature roses for petits fours. Denise Anthony will bringing over 20 years of food experience to this class. Strict class limit of 8 will enforced. Payment will ensure your place in the class.
