Jennifer M. Parker 26, of Hayesville NC was charged with expired registration plate, improper equipment, no North Carolina operators license & operate vehicle no insurance on April 6, 2007 and was released on April 6, 2007.

Kyle Alexander Roth 19, of Hayesville NC was charged with possession marijuana 1/2 to 1 1/2 oz, possession drug paraphernalia & possession SCh. VI controlled substance on April 6, 2007 and was released on April 7, 2007.

Katie Pauline Runstrom 19, of Murphy NC was charged with Possession of drug paraphernalia on April 6, 2007 and was released on April 6, 2007.

Melissa Picklesimer Wright 33, of Murphy NC was charged with driving while impaired, failure to wear seat belts, possession open container/ cons alcohol psg area & speeding on April 6, 2007 and was released on April 8, 2007.

Dwight Scott McClure 26, of Hayesville NC was charged with breaking or entering buildings generally on April 4, 2007.

Kevin Gene Payne 26, of Hayesville NC was charged with driving while licensed revoked, expired registration plate, no insurance & resisting officers on April 4, 2007 and was released on April 4, 2007.

James Gary Erickson 21, of Hayesville NC was charged with communicating threats, assault on a female & injury to personal property on April 6, 2007 and was released on April 7, 2007.

Harry Lewis Kendall 53, of Hayesville NC was charged with communicating threats on April 9, 2007.
