Beulah Voyles

Beulah Voyles, 84 of Avery Scroggs Road Hayesville, NC died Sunday, April 8, 2007, at Hayesville, NC.

A native of Clay County, NC and a member of the Hayesville Church of God. She had worked several years as a sewing machine operator, enjoyed working in her flower and vegetable gardens and loved her family. She was the daughter of the late Avery and Eva Curtis Scroggs. She was preceded in death by a sister Jessie Berrong and two brothers Jeff Scroggs and Fred Scroggs.

She is survived by her daughter Barbara Shook and her husband Bobby of Hayesville, NC, one sister Edna Wyke of Hayesville, NC, two grandchildren Bryan Shook and Beverly King, three great grandchildren Jaycee Rogers, Ella King and Drew Rogers and several nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral services were held at 11:00 AM Tuesday, April 10, 2007, at the Townson Rose Frank Rose Sr., Memorial Chapel in Hayesville, NC. Rev. Aud Brown officiated with music provided by Michael Morgan. Interment will be in the Hillcrest Assembly of God Cemetery in Hayesville, NC. Pallbearers will be BryanShook, Mike King, Jeff Ledford, Dale Scroggs, William Shelton and Don Berrong. The family received friends Tuesday from 10:00 to 11:00 AM at the Townson Rose Chapel in Hayesville, NC. You may send tributes to the Voyles Family at www.mem.com.
