Richard Jordan Thompson 39, of Hayesville NC was charged with 2 counts probation violation on April 13, 2007 and was released on April 13, 2007.

Alan Wayne Mauney 52, of Brasstown NC was charged with driving while impaired on April 14, 2007 and was released on April 14, 2007.

Erik Houghton Whitin 26, of Murphy NC was charged with reckless driving & driving while license revoked on April 14, 2007 and was released on April 14, 2007.

Patrick Thomas Wood 49, of Hiawassee GA was charged with driving while impaired on April 14, 2007 and was released on April 15, 2007
