Joshua Ryan Spain, 21, of Hayesville NC was arrested for assult on a female (2 counts), communicating threats (2 counts); possession of drug paraphemala; possession of Methemphetamine.

Lenessa Shenee Stroud, 19, of Andrews NC was arrested for idenity theft 19 counts on April 19, 2007 and released on April 19, 2007.

Juan Constantino Mozqueda, 21, of Hayesville, NC was arrested for no North Carolina operators license; possession of drug paraphermalia on April 22, 2007.
