"The Singing Stars For a Better World," a precious group of children ages 5-10 years old, will warm everyone's heart with their classic Broadway hits and positive messages about life! They are a treat, and not to be missed!

Last year's Towns Co. Idol winners and favorites, Heather Poole, Palmer Dernehl and Danny Patterson, will perform solo numbers to showcase their wonderful voices.

Rounding out the evening are Sheila Reed and the Reed Family, featuring young talent in the best country and gospel venue. So bring your lawn chair or blanket, your family and friends, and even the family pet is welcome (if accompanied on a leash and with a "pooper-scooper" for clean-up!) There will be ice cream, hot dogs and beverages for sale, along with Concert-on-the Square t-shirts. Call (706) 896-4988 after 2 p.m. to see if weather threatens to cancel the show.

Ooops.......please note corrections to posters and rack cards: the July 14 concert (mistakenly ommitted!) will be Tony Ford and also the Gnarly Fingers Band.

August 19 should be listed as August 18 and August 26 listed as August 25. Watch for corrected posters and rack card schedules in a week or so!

(They played their guitars and sang country and folk songs to the appreciative crowd which lingered under the gazebo!!)

"Joyful Sound" is a newly formed group which includes our own Rachel Caviness (who puts together the musical lineup for the summer concerts!) If you love Gospel harmonies, this group will be pleasing to your ears. Last, but certainly not least, is the inspiring Gospel duo of Roberta and Furman.

Bring your folding chair or blanket, your doggie (on a leash please and with a baggie for cleanup) and your human family and friends!
