The CCRA Car-B-Que was a blast Saturday evening afternoon.

Performing 50's and 60's music, band Flashback had people really enjoying the music, automobiles, food, and friends.
Clay County Communities Revitalization Association thanks the Bank of Hiawassee, Ingles Grocery Store, Jacky Jones Dodge, Nantahala Bank, Signs Fast, Take A Break Portables, The Corner Butcher Shop, and United Community Bank for sponsorship.
For "getting the word out" CCCRA thanks the Clay County Progress Newspaper, The Smoky Mountain Sentinel Newspaper, Ragtops and Runningboards, Cindy at WYHG, MC Wolf at WPPL FM, and Suzanne at WKRK AM.

Contest Results
Walking away with top awards were Jeff Hedden with his
1955 Chevy 2 Dr Hardtop Sport Coupe and Bob Terrell with a
1975 Ford Bronco. At CCCRA's Car-B-Que on Saturday, June
9, Hedden won Best GM and Terrell won Best Truck. Both tied
for Best in Show.
Best Ford: Jimmy Jones 1963 1/2 Galaxie 500xc Ford
Best Mopar: Ed Ashe 1969 Plymouth Road Runner
Best Orphan: Joshua Inglima 1983 DeLorean DMC-12
Entrants' Choice: Curtis Porter 1965 Cobra
People's Choice: Faye May 1974 VW Beetle
