Bluegrass at the Arts Center
The Art Center on West Main presents the unique sounds of the Appalachians, Blue Grass... and this time by the very best!
"Blue Ridge Grass" is one of the most popular music groups in the southeast. These fiveseasoned musicians, Ray Ritchie on the guitar, Greg Brooks playing the fiddle, banjo and mandolin, John Watson picks the mandolin, Jamie Mason the newest member tickles the banjo, and last but not least ,Roger Watson has been playing music all his life on the bass. They all sing the smooth vocals and lyrics of the mountains. This is a part of the Concert in the Park Series presented by the Blue Ridge Mountains Arts Association. The band will play on the front porch of the building, so bring your chairs, relax on the lawn and you're in for an evening of joy and entertainment.
