Alan Daniel Frys, 41, of Hayesville, NC was arrested for communicating treats; assulting by pointing gun on July 17, 2007 and released on July 17, 2007.

Barbara Ann Frys, 47, of Hayesville, NC was arrested for resisting officers on July 17, 2007 and released on July 17, 2007.

Roseilea Buchanan Sherwood, 53, of Maryville, TN for driving while license revoked; felony possession SCH II CS; maintain Veh/dwell/place CS (F); possession of drug paraphemalia on July 17, 2007 and released on July 17, 2007.
