Stephen Mathew Anderson, 20 of Hayesville, NC was arrested for assault on a female on August 13, 2007 and released on August 16, 2007.

Robert Grady Byrd, 36 of Oxford, GA was arrested for probation violation on August 13, 2007.

William Allen Patterson, 30 of Murphy, NC was arrested for asaults on handicapped persons, AWDWIKIS, breaking and entering buildings generally on August 15, 2007 and released on August 15, 2007.

Rex allan Ledford, 44 of Hayesville, NC was arrested for larceny on August 16, 2007.

Nathan Gary Mull, 23 of Hayesville, NC was arrested for driving while license revoked, fail to wear seat belt.

Jason Lloyd Dean, 21 of Brasstown, NC was arrested for driving while impaired on August 18, 2007 and was released August 18, 2007.

Jonathan Daniel Whidow, 18 of Warne, NC was arrested for expired registration plate and no insurance on August 19, 2007 and was released on August 19, 2007.
