A fashionable country fare

Ladies, save the date- 11:00 AM, Saturday, September 1- for the Fashion Show and Luncheon at the Episcopal Church of the Good Shepherd. Tickets are $10; deadline is August 27.

Volunteers will model designer clothes and other quality women's apparel to preview those offered in the Ladies Boutique at this year's Country Fare the following Saturday.

Two beautiful designer suits are among the items available.

One is a Louis Feraud silkwool blend of brown/black plaid with black velvet mandarin collar and cuffs, easy fitted jacket and straight skirt. The other is an Abe Schrader, a Navy ultra suede with a straight skirt and four-pocket cardigan jacket. These suits will provide two lucky ladies both comfort and style during the cold-weather months.

In addition to the Boutique, there will be a wide range of men's, women's and children's clothing for every season and occasion at the Country Fare. For parents, there will be dress, casual and sports clothes and for the kids, school and play outfitsplus shoes and accessories galore. Plan to arrive early for the best selections.

The Country Fare will be held on Saturday, September 8, from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM on the grounds of Good Shepherd. All proceeds benefit charities in the local 4-county area.
