Appalachian Highland Games and Festival

The Appalachian Highland Games and Festival will be held September 8 starting at 9 a.m.
ANDREWS - The Seventh Annual Appalachian Highland Games and Festival will be held Sept. 8, 9 a.m. at the Andrews Recreation Park off US Business 19, Andrews, Cherokee County, NC. Admission is $7, but ages 12 and under are admitted free. While the Highland Games competitions anchor this event, also planned are sheep herding demonstrations, a Frisbee dog show, food, Scottish tartans, crafts and much more.
