Wally Rood gives aviation lessons to local Boy Scouts

Saturday, September 1, local pilot, Mr. Wally Rood, was very generous to donate his time to train the younger Boy Scouts of Troop 407 some very important aviation lessons. In order for these younger Scouts to obtain their Aviation Merit Badge they had to complete several requirements concerning aviation. Mr. Rood taught these scouts about the instruments of aircraft, important facts concerning runways and aircraft safety among many more educational facts of aircraft.
