Poker run benefit to be held
Due to a huge response from the Spring Ride, Brasstown Valley Resort's Relay for Life team will be hosting a fall Poker Run on Saturday, September 29 (rain date September 30) Registration will begin at 11 a.m. in the Brasstown Valley Stables parking lot, located just off the main resort entrance. Riders will leave at 12 noon and return at approximately 4 p.m. There will be a $25 donation for one poker hand and a $35 donation for two hands. a bake sale will be held in the a.m. along with raffles,and prizes for best and worst hand. Food will be served following the approximately 100 mile ride; there will be a revised route and we hope to break our previous record of 72 bikes. all proceeds benefit Relay for Life.
