Auditions set for Barefoot in the Park
The Licklog Players' next attraction is Barefoot in the Park, directed by Laurel Adams. Auditions will be held at the Peacock Playhouse in Hayesville on Sept. 22 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and Sept. 24 from 7 p/m. to 9:30 p.m. Performance dates Nov. 2 - 4 and 9 - 11.
Six performers are needed for this popular Neil Simon classic - a young, newly married couple, her eccentric mother, and three men, middle to old age - one a sophisticated world traveler, another a funny telephone man and the third, and asthmatic delivery man who appears in one scene only with no lines.
