MMC Auxiliary Rummage/book sale

Murphy Medical Center Auxiliary will be holding a fantastic rummage and book sale on Saturday, September 29, 2007. The event will begin at 8:00 AM and last until 3:00 PM. The location is 125 N.C. Highway 141, next to The Old Well Market Produce Stand in Peachtree. (Turn onto Hwy. 141 from Hwy 64 near hospital, 2nd drive on the left)

The sale will have over 500 pieces of nice clothing, great books, art work, household items, and exercise machines. We invite everyone to come to the sale and pick up some great deals. If anyone would like to donate gently used items, please call 835-3667.

Proceeds from the auxiliary's fundraisers will be used to support hospital projects or nonprofit organizations in our community such as United Way, Relay for Life, Alzheimer's Organization and The March of Dimes.

Murphy Medical Center Auxiliary consists of community volunteers who donate their time to assist in various projects which support the hospital. Volunteers may assist with patient care, office work, filing, answering phones for busy departments, Granny's Attic Thrift Shop in Hayesville, fundraising or hospice care - just to name a few.
