Thursday was an exciting day for Chuck Woodworth, he had a hole in one on #13. The Men's Golf Association Club championship was conducted over 2 weeks of golf. The association awarded prizes for low gross and the first seven positions for low net for play from both white and gold tees. The annual meeting and luncheon was held at Shiloh Stables.

Monday, September 10, the winning teams from the white tees were a tie between the teams of Bill Phillips, Ed Anderson, Karl Ernest and Roy Smith and the team of Dough Shively, Jim Pulley, Jim Taylor and Joe Busco. Second place was also a ie between the teams of Vaughn Green, Bill Beck, Les Wickham and Claude Spears and the team of Mike Whitaker, Dave Anderson, Tom Bart and Stan Jacoboski. Closest to pin #7 was Jim Taylor and #16, Bill Beck. The winning teams from the senior tees:
