McConnell Memorial Baptist Church

Special Needs Programs are at McConnell Memorial Baptist Church, Main Street Hiawassee, Ga. MMBC has added programs for children with special needs ages 4-10. Sunday School starts at 9 a.m. Children's church begins when the children exit the service to go to Children's Church. The AWANA program also offers a Special Needs Class. AWANA is on Sunday nights from 6:30 8:00 p.m. AWANA takes place in the Family Life Center @ MMBC. Parents are asked to attend the first 10 minutes of Sunday School or AWANA with the teachers for the first two weeks. For additional information call Luann Robinson 706-897-2363.

Unitarian Universalist Fellowship

At the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of FRanklin on Sunday, December 9. Dan Teslow, a Fellowship member will speak. The title of his talk will be : " A Guest at Your Table". Come join us in the celebration of the birth of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior on Sunday, December 9, 2004 at 9:50 am. We will celebrate this great event with a Christmas proclamation of hope entitled "Once Upon A Miracle". This beautiful piece has music created, arranged and orchestrated by Marty Parks. The Oak Forest Choir is directed by Mr. Anthony Satterfield. A nursery is provided. All are welcome.

Old Shooting Creek Baptist Church

Old Shooting Creek Baptist Church would like to invite everyone to our Christmas Program on Wednesday, December 19th at 6:30 p.m. Our Youth Group will be presenting "THe Sweetest Gift" following by a birthday party for Jesus. There will be food, games, crafts and other activities so come join the fun and learn the true meaning of Christmas. Old Shooting Creek Baptist Church is located on Old Highway 64 East.
