Jackets best performance yet
HAYESVILLE - 30 ROBBINSVILLE - 30

Meet Notes: The Yellow Jacket Wrestling Team delivered a message to the Robbinsville Black Knights this week: Don't start polishing that conference trophy just yet. The Jackets turned in their best performance to date, to tie the Black Knights 30-30. In fact, Hayesville and Robbinsville ened the meet in a dead heat on every criteria officials measured, save one - takedowns at the beginning of a match. That one edge gave Robbinsville the meet victory. But the real champion will be decided at Saturday's Smoky Mountain Conference tournament in Robbinsville.
