Say I Love You with a Night of Music at the Peacock

O.K., here's you pre-Valentine's heads up. Forget the candy, forget the flowers, and forget the usual, predictable Valentine's ritual. This year, do something different. Treat that extra-special someone to a unique evening of music, relaxation and an all too infrequent, "honey, you've got my undivided attention," bonding. Hey, it's Cheaper Than Therapy! No, really, that's the name of the seven-member, female a capella group that will be sharing the entertainment duties with Mike Whitney, Saturday, February 9th at the Peacock Playhouse.

These ladies sing "a capella", that is with no instrumental accompaniment. The don't need it. Their voices are the instruments. Trust me, this is going to be a delightfully fun evening. Add to that, Mike Whitney performing, actually it's more like having a personal conversation set to music, and you have the essential ingredients for maybe the best pre- Valentine's Day …EVER!

Do yourself a favor. Get you tickets, make your plans and relax because you're not going to be racking your brain to come up with some lame attempt to impress your sweetheart. Friday, February 9th at 8:00 p.m. at the Peacock Playhouse. Tickets are $10.00 each in advance and $13.00 each at the door. You can reserve your tickets by calling the Playhouse at: 828 389 8632. This is a fundraiser for the Peacock Playhouse and half of the proceeds will go to the building maintenance fund. ON top of that, it's tax-deductible! It's a win-win proposition.

The only way to lose is by not being there. And who needs another box of candy?
