The Hiwassee River Valley Kennel club Dog show
The Hiwassee River Valley Kennel club will host a Sanctioned B Match for AKC registered dogs Saturday February 23rd at the Kiwanis Fairgrounds, 124 Jones Street in Blue Ridge, GA Entries accepted from 8:00 - 9:30 a.m. for Conformation, Rally and Junior Showmanship and 8:00 - 11:30 a.m. for Obedience. Fees: $7.00 for the day of Match and $5.00 for pre-entry. Match begins promptly at 10:00 am for Rally, Conformation and Junior Showmanship, Obedience judging will follow. All events will be inside. There will be a concession stand and an all-day raffle. We invite both spectators and exhibitors.
Our club began in 2004 with interested dog owners who enjoy showing their AKC Registered dogs in events. Our meetings are held the first Monday of each month at 6:30 pm. at various locations in the area representing western North Carolina and northern Georgia counties.
