Clay County Brownie Troop #10 learn about China from Senior Girl Scout and Hayesville High School Junior, Nikki Ross. Nikki went to China in November with former High School Principal, Dr Gail Criss, Counselor Karen Nicholson, and students Jacob Nicholson and Tommy Kelly.
Clay County Girl Scouts practice using chop sticks by eating Chinese noodles and donuts. Nikki Ross demonstrates the art of using chop sticks to Brownie Girl Scouts. She learned this while in China last November where they ate such "delicacies" as jelly-fish head and crab egg soup. She also shared pictures taken in China and told them about the people she met.
