Candidate visits Clay county
U.S. Congressional candidate Spence Campbell, of Hendersonville, spent the day in Clay County recently to assess the needs of our area. He began the morning with a meeting of residents in the Shooting Creek Community at the home of Chet and Linda Westergard. Following this, he toured the downtown area, the new Justice Complex, and the Hwy. 64 corridor. He met with officials at the Chamber, the Courthouse, and the County FInance Office to increase his knowledge of Clay County. This is one candidate who knows the state doesn't stop at Asheville!
