• Stephen Matthew Anderson, 21 of Hayesville, NC was arrested for Communicating threats and assault on a female June 28, 2008, no release date.

• Greg Moss, 32 of Hayesville, NC arrested for assault on a female June 28, 2008, no release date.

• Ruth Newsome Nelson, 70 of Hayesville, NC was arrested for injury to personal property and breaking or entering buildings generally on June 29, 2008 and released on June 29, 2008.
