Brandon Scott GoForth, 24, of Hayesville, NC was arrested for embezzlement of property received by virtue of office or employment; forgery of notes, checks, and other securities; uttering forged paper or instrument containing a forged endorsement on September 30, 2008.

Daniel Lee Dyer, 22, of Hayesville, NC was arrested for expired registration plate; expired/no inspecton sticker on October 1, 2008 and released on October 1, 2008.

Richard Samuel Martin, 62, of Hayesville, NC was arrested for manufactrure SCH VICS on October 2, 2008 and released on October 2, 2008.

Jason Theo Sims, 30, of Monroe, GA was arrested for probation violation on October 2, 2008 and released on October 2, 2008.

Gary Rhodes, 51, of Hayesville, NC was arrested for communicating threats on October 4, 2008 and released on October 5, 2008.

Jorge Andres Upegui, 29, of Blairsville, GA was arrested for no North Carolina operators license on October 5, 2008 and released on October 5, 2008.
